The heart bokeh is an overlay ‘freebie’ from my favorite texture creator – Jessica Drossin . I think it was from her facebook page – if you ‘like’ the page, you can get a couple freebies, but I encourage you to check out her texture paks – they work exceptionally well on almost all types of photos and she has great tutorials too.
