Oh, Kim, I like this very much…. a seemingly stark and basic image but so pleasing to the eye and further enhanced by your texture and color and over-all tones…my eye is drawn to the fellow and I think the inclusion of him give this image a story-telling aspect too! The soft golden tones have a lot of depth and I like the contrast of the sky and the harder line of contrast gives it a bit of a whimsical look….really totally cool….total fave…you really do do it all…
Thanks so much Kat!! I just had some images in my brain, and found some photos to help me make it real! lol It was a beautiful, gloomy day today, and working on this brightened it up for me… then I got called in to work!!! lol ….over time, so it’s ok.

I just love your work, Kim! I adore old barns like this one, but my favorite part of this image is the golden waves of prairie grasses contrasting with that sulky looking sky. Well done!
