Wonderful shot of this bird with the berry in his beak!
Thanks so much Dot. I was so happy to get this as they aren’t as common as many of our other small birds. I love their little red butts……..LOL. Thanks again. Much appreciated. :)
Wonderful capture with the berry Kathy! I have been noticing flowers blooming on bushes…very mild so far and in fact I have impatiens not frozen yet. I’ll take it! Happy New Year! ~Sam
Thanks so very much Sam for the wonderful comment. I always appreciate it a great deal. Yes it sure has been a mild winter so far. Got a bit colder today and is suppose to stay that way for awhile…figures, my birthday was New Years Eve and hubby got me an awesome wide angle macro lens and it’s to cold to go out and use….hee hee.
The impatience really are something down here. Up north they were annuals. I planted some the first year we moved in here in South Carolina and to my amazement, 4 years later they were still going strong. I finally had to dig them up to make way for different plants. That the south for you. Thanks again for the great comment my friend. :)
I enjoy taking photos of the little birds Dale, just as much as the big beauties. I was happy to get a grey catbird as we don’t see them a whole lot here. To get an angle that shows off that little red rump was so cool. So glad you enjoyed it. I appreciate the fave a great deal. :)
