Submission to Urban Princess Exhibition @ Gingers Garage.
I had a few different ideas running through my head when I was asked to submit something into the exhibition. My first thoughts were things like homeless women, drag queens and ‘women of the night’; then I’m not sure where this idea actually came from – kinda popped into my head.
The short story behind this photo is that the social scene that she is in requires her to look beautiful to remain popular, but in reality…but the way that she see’s herself is trashy and unloved.
