Caught this bee in the middle of a poinsettia
showing off his bold stripes.
Taken with my Sony digital camera (in blacksmiths, NSW, Australiaand only slightly cropped to centre the bee properly.

I have never seen a poinsettia this shade, how gorgeous~like the bee also, but the flower amazes me! Beautiful!
It was near a lake so maybe the soil had an effect on the colour.
