Grave stone in cemetery in Tassie Australia.

Took this as there are some Cook’s distantly related to us.

Also I thought the dry grasses added a quaint touch to the pic.

We loved our trip to Tassie at the begining of 2007.

lovely shot and you’re right the grass does add something … and no your not ghoulish, I love graveyards and have spent a lot of time in many while doing family research.

  • Originally that was the idea but now I just find what they can tell you about history interesting. I especially like small country ones. Thanks for the gift of your time spent commenting

Such a lovely headstone, surrounded by beauty, too

  • There is beauty in many places, all we need is the eyes to see it.
RB has been instrumental in opening my eyes to the beauty I have just passed by before
Glad you appreciated my pic. Ta

Yes , you are right about RedBubble. So much talent here. This is a wonderful shot. I especially like the clarity of details and the dry, golden yellows of the grass. Wonderful work.

  • Glad you got a laugh. We have a cook linkage in the family. Hence the photo.
