Grave stone in cemetery in Tassie Australia.
Took this as there are some Cook’s distantly related to us.
Also I thought the dry grasses added a quaint touch to the pic.
We loved our trip to Tassie at the begining of 2007.

lovely shot and you’re right the grass does add something … and no your not ghoulish, I love graveyards and have spent a lot of time in many while doing family research.
Originally that was the idea but now I just find what they can tell you about history interesting. I especially like small country ones. Thanks for the gift of your time spent commenting

Such a lovely headstone, surrounded by beauty, too
There is beauty in many places, all we need is the eyes to see it.
RB has been instrumental in opening my eyes to the beauty I have just passed by before
Glad you appreciated my pic. Ta

Yes , you are right about RedBubble. So much talent here. This is a wonderful shot. I especially like the clarity of details and the dry, golden yellows of the grass. Wonderful work.
Ta for commenting. Glad you like my work and agree with me about RB

Well this shot was a freaky find this morning, I have a close friend called Henrietta Cook !!! I don’t think I’ll mention it to her LOL but this is a poignant shot
Glad you got a laugh. We have a cook linkage in the family. Hence the photo.
