Kay, what an image! The subject decorated in detailed feathers combines to make an impressive piece of Art. By the way, how’s the Montana spring coming along? I do miss those nice spring/summer temps, certainly today, at an Oklahoma ‘90’ degrees. Will you be posting more of the powwow?…hope so. Gloria
Gloria, it’s about sixty and windy! We cooked out but brought the food in. I have a few more Pow Wow pics I haven’t fixed. I’m ready for another one. Thanks for writing!
What an absolutely beautiful “bustle”, Kay. It’s a true work of art. Wonderful capture!
I’m so glad I caught him at the beginning of the night. He was a little rambuctious with it! His roach had come undone and he wasn’t happy with how tightly it was tied. Thanks, Mike.

this is wonderful, to see such a piece of American Indian Art is stirring to me. Di
Me too, Di. This was a wee boy who was not very careful about his feathers and was really cranky.

Kay, your lighting is superb and you have really captured the imagination. Thank you for posting it in Great Plains of North America.
Thanks so much, Scott. I had to get rid of his mom dressing him in the background and his throwing a fit!! But, I loved his bustle.
