I normally avoid taking photos of people and even though these are just sculptures, they seemed to have this eerie sense of life about them which made me feel both calm and unsettled all at once.
I know what you mean about the ‘eerie sense of life’. The William Ricketts Sanctuary has this atmosphere about it. Especially in cold, wet weather. I like this shot very much. The existing light does it just fine.
