Nice idea to have that moon melted there and also the thing on the left. This gives me moody kinda calm vibes. It could also be my vision while walking in drunk some where deep in Lapland…. I like this, good work!

to be in side and by the fire, would be perfect—ending to this fairy tale view

  • Katya Lavorovna replied

    Yes, indeed.
I once used this to illustrate a story I wrote about being abandoned in the woods by my peers when I was a young teenager as a cruel joke, but the joke was on them – I’m not afraid of the dark, I’m part of it, a child of it, I live and revel in it…..

I want thank you for taking your valuable time to view my work and for the thoughtful comments. I am so lifted by your wonderful visit!

I do not know a lot about photography, but I know some haikus.
    Here’s one to this.
    With my compliments:

    “Midnight moon -
    fifty seven years
    of traveling autumns”

    Issa

  • Katya Lavorovna replied

Thank you so much, Issa. Your haiku is beautiful, and autumn is my favorite season too (if you have time, take a look at my blog entry on Autumn in my blog, Rapunzel’s Melancholy Demise. I want to take a more in-depth look at your photos. The ability to write haiku, btw, eludes me (but not the ability to appreciate it). My contrary, dark-minded muse simply will not grant it to me.
