My personal 365 project.
I’ve always pitied cattle. While they generally look placid and unconcerned, their lives are spent penned in a field (if they’re lucky), eating the day away and blissfully unaware of the rather horrid fate which awaits them. They’re not cuddly, nor particularly cute. No one rides them (except under the rather cruel circumstances of rodeos), kids don’t clamor for them as pets, and they seem to have little enjoyment in their everyday life. Given all that, I didn’t think a standard shot would convey my feelings about their dismal lives. This is what I came up with to express the emotions I feel when I see cows.

Stunning, inspirational Fine Art photography.
Would love to read more about this 365 project, e.g. objectives. goals etc.. The results so far are stunning
Thank you! My goal is to try new things, to expand my skills, to learn how to use different techniques to express myself through my photography. My layering skills were non-existent when I started so I’m working hard to figure out how to do it successfully. I felt as though I had mastered certain aspects of photography and gotten lazy so I want to do things outside my comfort zone, to shoot scenes I wouldn’t normally try. A lot of my shots for this project are not technically very good, but I’m learning from all of them. Thank you for taking the time to view my project. It is much appreciated.

Love this image. Not an ‘obvious wide angle effect’ for my group but I love it :)
Thank you very much!
