KatsDrawings is the home of CameraView’s artist, Kathy Jones, providing photo-realistic illustrations using color pencil and ink. She has the ability to render your photographs into illustrations or artwork. She specializes in taking photographs and rendering, using water color pencils and ink, artwork of any size. She takes pride in the small details and depictions her work entails.


Kathy’s Biography: I took an interest in art early. What I know, I have learned through reading, experimenting and a lot of trial and error. I’ve always admired a drawing that has intricate detail, especially the ones that combine detail while mastering shades and tones. I strive to recreate and render the fine detail and tonal range that we see and preserve on photographs. Through our many miles of travel, we’ve seen some fabulous landscapes and scenes that I enjoy transforming into artwork.
