…not usually a purple fan; however, came across this in my archives from last June and it sort of called out to me…don’t hate me because I’m purple…is this a Zinnia?, anyone know what this is?

Not a zinnia, Kat. This is an African daisy, and an especially pretty one at that! Here’s a link to Monrovia Nursery (a major plant supplier in my area) showing one of the Osteospermum varieties with spoon-shaped petals like yours: http://www.monrovia.com/plant-catalog/plants/12.... I love the way your gorgeous bokeh brings out the purple colors!

I love this! I am a huge fan of purple flowers! The shape of this is quite unusual and very interesting, quite stunning actually! Your processing is perfection and really brings out its amazing beauty! Just the right amount of light! One of my favorites for sure!!
