Wild Lupins grow extensively throughout southern New Brunswick and bloom at the end of June. They thrive in full sun and poor soil conditions on the side of highways and roads. They have a tendency to overtake large sprawling fields on the side of highways and can form a sea of deep purples, bright whites and soft pinks – truly a spectacular sight. Purple is the most dominant colour among wild Lupins. White and pink are much less common. So, it is always a pleasure to find a pink one that is in good shape and ready to be photographed! This was taken along the side of an old secondary highway in Passekeag, New Brunswick, Canada. Captured on a CASIO EX-H20G

I never leave the front door without my camera. I can’t seem to put it down for long. Perhaps that makes me an addict rather than an enthusiast ~ sometimes it is hard to tell the difference. But, in any case, thank you very much for taking the time to browse through my collection. I hope you enjoy what you see! ~ Sincerely, Katie
