Swamp Milkweed (also called Rose Milkweed, Swamp Silkweed, and White Indian Hemp) is native to North America. It blooms in mid to late summer, grows in damp fields, along rivers and lakes, and attracts butterflies. Often you can find Common Milkweed and Swamp Milkweed growing within the same field. However, Swamp Milkweed can be differentiated from Common Milkweed because of its deep colour. Wickham, New Brunswick, Canada.
