Wild daisy as the sun is about to set behind the coastal highlands along the Fundy Trail Parkway. Wild daisies (ox-eye daisies) is not native to North America but Europe and Asia. However, like most non-native flowers, it has naturalized and is widespread in North America. It generally grows in meadows, open woods and in areas where the land has recently been disturbed. Daisies bloom all summer long (from late spring to autumn).
