this is how to control the weather and add the rain indoor…lol
1. creat a new layer, set foreground/background colours to black and white. go to Filter>Noise>add noise….amount 400% should be ok then hit ok to create particles.
2. Rain… go to Filter>Blur>motion blur. Direction -62, distance 94px, hit ok, Image>adjustment>equalize the layer to increase contrast. se…
