It was a busy night on the beach at Pt Willunga between fishermen, photographers and general beach goers. It was a wonder any of us got a clear shot but somehow we managed!

Wow this is fantastic . . love it :-)
Love it! Fabulous shot!
Great image, I just love what goes on behind a shot…. beautiful capture :)
Stunning work love the reflections and colours well done
awesome work! a great scene.
It is fantastic. Everyone fighting for the perfect spot. Love it.
Beautifully crafted Kathy.
The crowding thing is certainly becoming more of an issue at some locations. Reminds me of some Galen Rowell shots when he takes a clinic there are so many photographers around trying to get the shot that the shot ends up being of those photographers, nice one Kathy.
There was a professional shoot going on as well with some kids dressed as Huckleberry Fin on a raft near the pylons and we weren’t allowed to photograph them so had to stand back until they were finished. Luckily they moved soon after this was taken and a lot of the crowd moved away.
Without the people it’s a beautiful landscape, but the "Extras"add something to it it that holds my attention,Kathy, landscape purist’s might disagree but that’s “perception” for you!!
You’re right Lance, I must remember to take a step back sometimes and get the whole scene of activity rather than just ‘the shot’ I’m aiming for. The people on the beach tell a story. Mind you I was glad when the crowd cleared also :o)
Nice action and colour – really like the reflections in the sand in the foreground.
Thanks Andy. Did you find yourself in there?
