When I last photographed this tree on the banks of the Murray River at Swanreach in 2008, the river was in drought. Now the level has risen significantly and many areas have minor flooding.

I can’t help but wonder how many droughts and floods this old tree has seen.

    Dead it may be,but still a lovely part of our landscape,Kathy,i love the foreground grasses and the yellow ochre cliffs!
