Hi Bob, glad you like it. I use a Singh Ray 2 stop reverse ND grad filter on the camera when I take sunrise and sunset photos to retain detail in the foreground. Then process in ACR to fine tune highlights, fill and dark tones and warm it up a bit then do the finishing touches in CS3 to tweak colour and contrast – and clone out the inevitable dust spots :o) Cheers Kathy.

Thank you to everyone for your lovely comments. I am so thrilled this pic has done so well as it was taken at sunrise on the morning of my birthday (in July 2009) when I had a short trip away with some friends after recovering from a course of chemo. It was a beautiful morning and a great way to celebrate another birthday. I plan to celebrate many more. Thanks again, Kathy
