I brought this beautiful Cauli from the farmers’ market and used it to make a salad with smoked salmon, fennel, rocket & salad greens, and served it with a dressing of lemon juice, grainy mustard & olive oil.

    Wow,,I’ve never seen a purple one,,,does it taste the same?,,,,awesome colours!!

  • Thanks Dorothy, the purple ones taste pretty much similar to the white cauli’s, you can grow a rich gold colour also. The bright colours add character & interest to food dishes :)
