Macro photograph taken of a Grevellia flower which is an Australian Native plant. There are many varieties and colours ranging from small bushes to larger trees. The Lorikeets and Rosellas just love the nectar so you are sure to have many birds visiting if you have one in your garden. Focal length 6mm. Canon S3 IS Supermacro.
This is a really wonderful photo. Sharpness and detail is lovely, but it is your composition that makes this special. I have found these very hard to photograph, so I’m suffering just a little envy at the moment!!!
My first grevellia photo was rather ordinary, I still can’t believe I took this one LOL! I have no technical knowledge of cameras, just had plenty of practice! :) I’m sure you’ll get the perfect capture soon! :)
