Swept Away
“Mountainous waves tossed our lifeboat around like a matchstick. The thunder and lightening lit up the sky as we searched the debris for more survivors. It was freezing cold, and it was all I could do to cling desperately to our boat. With fear in our hearts we prayed that the storm would not last and that we would survive to see our loved ones again”.
Macro photograph taken from the bark of an Australian Paperbark tree.
