THE BASIS OF YOUR LIFE IS FREEDOM, THE PURPOSE OF YOUR LIFE IS JOY
SHUTTERSTOCK STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY

I am an art-inspired photographer, living on the Gold Coast, Qld Australia. Macro photography became my passion as I viewed a whole new world of art through my lens. Ironically it was while taking photos as inspiration for my paintings that I discovered this new and exciting perspective. Sometimes I feel like a child on a treasure hunt! I love to share that fascination with others, who may also discover something evocative or familiar in my macro photography.

MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY – IN THE GUTTER

I’d like to share some tips on how I find and shoot some of my macro photos that have that grungy urban look, but also representing something artistic and creative. / The best way to find something interesting to shoot, is to go for a walk around your neighbourhood. When I take our dog for a walk my eyes are always scanning the surrounding area for something interesting. The kerbs and gutter…
