Although I’ve always loved the taste of ginger I never realised what a prolific plant it is with amazing flowers too. Ginger plant.

Nikon D7000, Lensbaby Composer Pro, Double-Glass Optic, f/8 aperture disc, 4mm macro adapter. Hand-held, manual focus – not easy in the humid orchid gardens of the botanics after heavy rain. Captured in RAW.

Location: Botanic Gardens, Singapore, Asia.

Fabulously detailed capture Kasia :o) xx

  • Thank you, Robin.
The Lensbaby with the macro adaper is fun but I get a bit dizzy after a while moving back and forward to manually focus – but it might be entertaining for anyone watching LOL
