Just back from a business trip to Vienna and would like to share an image that I feel represents some of the many facets – traditional and modern – of the amazing city.
Location: A traditional lottery office – since 1752 when there was still a king and kaiser! – near St. Stephan’s Square in the centre of Vienna.
Captured on a sweltering hot summer’s day, 28.07.2006 – approx. 37°C in the shade.
Nikon D70, Nikkor 18-70mm 1:3,5-4,5G, 52mm, 1:11, 1/60s, ISO 200. Post-pro in CS4 with NikColorEfex and NikSilverEfex.
