Blotched monkey flower, Mimulus luteus (Latin), Meilleag an Uillt (Gaelic). Also called: Yellow Monkey-flower, Blood-drop Emlets, Monkey Musk. Believed to have been introduced and not native to the Outer Hebrides.
Captured on the edge of a small burn/stream heading for the sea near Tolsta. North of Stornoway, Lewis, Outer Hebrides, Scotland.
