Part of my BMW Welt Series

Located near the BMW factory in Munich, the BMW Welt architectural concept was designed by COOP HIMMELBAU and houses the delivery centre, events, exhibitions and shops and is linked to the BMW Museum and BMW Tower across the road via walkway. It is well worth a visit when in Munich, even if you’re not picking up a car! The Olympic Park and Stadium are nearby.

I captured the top of this part of the building from ground level, using the walkway as the bottom border. It was late afternoon and the winter sun was already setting and lending warm light reflections.

Location: BMW Welt, Munich, Germany. February 2010.
Nikon D200, Tokina11-16mm, f/2.8. 16mm, 1/250s, f/2.8, ISO100.
Captured in RAW, adjusted contrasts and vibrance in CS4 using NikColorEfex Pro e.g. digital polarisaton filter.
