Le Longanier Restaurant in Vinh Long was the culinary highlight of the Mekong tour, and probably one of my all-time top ten meals! Excellent surrondings, service and food. One of the courses was so-called elephant ear fish served in special stands and then prepared by the waitresses at the table as rice-paper wrapped rolls. Wonderful to watch and delicious to eat.
