Artist's Description

Three generations of unique buildings:
The BMW Welt – is situated across the road from its older relatives and was officially opened in 2007.
The BMW Tower – is the company headquarters and was completed just in time for the 1972 Olympic Games and has been a Munich landmark for 40 years. The design is based on the four-cylinders of a car engine. A listed building with the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Historic Buildings and Monuments.
The BMW Museum – the lower, circular building, based on the structural concept constructed in 1973 designed by architect Professor Karl Schwanzer.
