From my series World from Above series.

Flying from Prague to Munich, there was severe storm over Munich and the Czech Airlines prop plane was forced to circle for an hour flying fairly low over southern Germany and Austria. Luckily this gave me the chance to capture the late spring fields still covered against the cold nights. The fields and the small village are so typical of the area, and so different to what you would find in the UK, the US or Down Under:-)

At the last minute before we were diverted we were allowed to land in Munich, bumpy but home safely thanks to the pilot and crew!

Nikon D200, Sigma 18-200mm.Captured in RAW, converted to JPG in CS4
Location: Near Passau?, German/Austrian border area.
