From my series World from Above series a shot taken over Arizona: The river bed and what seems to be a road or dirt track winding through the desert have left a permanent scar in the desert landscape.
Captured at around 9,000 ft from a Cessna on an air tour from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. This was on the return trip and I assume it was somewhere around Seligman, Prescott Valley, Route 17. Before landing in Phoenix, there was a long lake to the west (probably Lake Pleasant) behind a small mountain range.
