    Capital capture Kasia :o) xx

  • I’d past him many times but didn’t know who this guy in a nightcap was. He wrote poems and a lot more. Capital thanks! Kasia

There was a Technical Education establishment by the name of Ramsay Tech at the East End of Portobello Road. The Building is still there but its now flats.
I did wonder if there was any connection?

  • I just googled for the Technical Institute – now a listed building – and the full name was William Ramsey, so not the guy here with the nightcap:-)
