Good work, Richard. Adds that summer twighlight feel to a lovely scene.

  • Kasia-D replied

Well, now I’ve had a wee tour of your site, I’ll come back to say thank you!
I’m pleased you like this one, though not so natural. It was mid afternoon with a blue tinge but I just felt like colour when processing:) If you feel like a virtual Hebridean tour….
Still got loads to sort out and upload from Vatersay to Lewis:

I realised after receiving your reply that I had written “Richard” instead of Kasia! Sorry, Kasia. I had been reading Richard Ion’s comment, I think (a person I have exchanged comments with before). I’ll send this, and then check out the virtual tour.

  • Kasia-D replied

Don’t worry, I didn’t take offence:-) Richard is also a buddy of mine, sharing that interest in the Hebrides.

wow, that is amazing Golden light—that’s a magical photographic capture

  • Kasia-D replied

Thank you, Evan. But I must admit, as I said in the description, I used a burnt sienna filter to get it quite as brilliant as this. It was still an amazing view before though!

FABULOUS work! Thank you for sharing it with the new Yellow Two group!!

  • Kasia-D replied

Sharon, thank you. I searched through my archives today and realised how rarely I have work that is rich in yellow. I will keep my eyes open in future for more motifs in this bright and happy colour!
