ALL WEBSITES ARE BY LAW SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE POSSIBILTY TO BE VIEWED BY DISABLED PEOPLE !
BUT SOME ARE MORE DISABLED IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND THEIR HEART AND VIEWS, THAN THOSE WHO ARE UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH BENEFITS FOR THE DISABLED !

A little understanding and patience goes a long way Caroline. I was an advocate for the deaf and hard of hearing for several years. By law, when a deaf person has a court appearance, the court must provide an interpreter at no cost to the deaf person. Many times, the court failed to provide an interpreter and cases had to be continued. Justice delayed is justice denied. Yet, the court and opposing sides treated the deaf and hard of hearing as annoying, troublesome, too much of a bother and a burden.
