take the time to try a meditation. you have nothing other to do – just sit and breath, sit and breath, sit and breath. close your eyes, sit and breath and so on :-) take your time and experience the concentration you need just for sitting and breathing and dont go after a thought. stop thinking – just notice your breath. this concentration is the first step for meditation.

Such a wonderful piece, wish i could achieve such a peaceful state…. sometimes i think i come close when i’ve painted till i feel burnt out, but i’m sure thats different.

thank you very much nancy. it is very difficult to find the time in normal life to dive in meditation, I have a family with two kids and I love family life. I spend 6 days in a retreat where we weren’t allowed to speak and started with meditation every morning 4:30 until 20:00 with short breaks and a lunch and some drinks for dinner. this was very helpful, after half a day I was able to keep the concentration to stop following the thoughts and to observe my breathing. after this six days it felt somhow borrowing but it really cleared my impatience and I think I found more inner peace. now I take me some minuetes every day in the morning and before sleeping just to sit. it’s not much time but it feels good :-)

Great colours and composition. It shows the outside of your body is always alive, moving, vibrant, but the mind can be calmed. Meditation is cleaaring the mind and freeing the thoughts that hold us. I find meditation helpful in relieving stress. Thanks, Roza
