Our wine estate is the first in our valley that have started the production of bubbly.
Every 3 months the bottles have to be taken out of the ‘riddling’ machine (that is where the bottles gets turned for the bubbly to developed) and opened – then a solution of sugar & flavour added & bubbles get pumped in – then the cork & wires are being placed.
Very interesting & really hard work because every bottle is done individually – Stefan my son!
