I’m a home and food economist/chef(ette) who cooks and bakes everyday food. I also love to dabble in food photography and styling.

Call me Mademoiselle Chefette. It’s a name given to me by my family who discovered long before I ever went to The Culinary Institute of America that I love to cook and bake. When I’m not cooking, I’m usually digging in the dirt planting flowers or growing vegetables to use in my kitchen. I’m also a diehard art lover who can’t resist taking pictures of food and natural wonders.
