Watercolors and acrylic on 11 × 9 coffee stained canvas paper
The paper is stained with coffee as well as coffee grounds. The sunflower painted on this mug represents the sunflower on my favorite coffee mug. :) Coffee is a happy thing. :)

This work was done for a meet up group assignment. It was to paint something happy. I had been in a lingering depression and I wasn’t sure I could paint ‘happy’. So, I went for the steaming hot cup of coffee in my favorite mug, of course! :D
