Introducing leggings. You’ll never run out of inspiration.

Whilst playing with my new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS7, I took a series of shots of my favorite set of dishes. The cropping, color adjustment, etc and reflection was done in PhotoScape.

Graciously featured in All Things Coffee and won the challenge Patterns on Coffee Cups in the same group.

From painting in-home murals, to painting on glass, to painting on a more expected surface-various sized canvases- I’ve found a way to express my moods and thoughts. Photography and its corresponding photo editing is a relatively new, and enjoyable, endeavor.

    Wonderful! Love checkered images!

  • Thank you, Karen! Sometime in the’90’s this sunflower and check pattern for kitchenware was very popular out here in California. I fell in love with it but couldn’t justify buying a new set of dishes. For my birthday, my mom bought me one dinner plate, one salad plate, one bowl, one saucer, one coffee cup. :D They are not used for food, but as decoration in my sunflower themed kitchen. Now, they are models, too! :D

Well very nice modeling, the foreground angles and counter movements work collectively and quite well in this form of suggestive minimalism!

  • Thank you ever so kindly for your lovely comment. :)

  • Thanks, Matt :) I wasn’t overly excited about the title, but didn’t have any other thoughts. Glad it works. :)

What a great abstract! Looks like a scene out of Alice In Wonderland – Tim Burton style :-)

  • Oh my! What a delightful compliment! Thank you! Wouldn’t it be nice if Tim Burton agreed? I’m tickled that you like it so much. :)
