Life isn’t always happy, nor is it always sad; but rarely is it merely in between the two. In the land of polar extremes lie my creations. Some works are a bit dark which are the very things that get me through those times. Others are a bit quirky which usually means they’ve been done in a hypo-manic state. Many works just are. I share with you my heart, my self, my despair and my hope.

Inspiration almost always sneaks up from behind and catches me by surprise. Many times I am inspired by one of your works, either visual or written.

This is a bit of a long read, but I would appreciate your thoughts if you would care to put the time into reading it. Thank you. / A little over a year ago, Janis Zroback began a group called the Disintegration Project (DisCo). / For all appearances it looked as if I had not only forgotten the project but dropped out; but, when the project began it was the beginning of spring in my part of the w…

Extreme frustration with non bipolar people

The following is a rant regarding my frustrations in dealing with non-bipolar people and has little (actually nothing) to do with the arts. Christianity is my spiritual preference so I know the purpose of the celebration. However, the lack of understanding about my mental health by others is so frustrating. Hence the rant. If you choose to continue reading consider this a warning— this w…
