New Women’s Chiffon Tops. They’re just so chiffon-y.

when a child first walks

When a child first walks in sunlight
And mingles under leaves
When they spot a silver cobweb
Silken threads, a spider’s weave…

When a child first sees a butterfly
or a cricket in the grass
The world is full of mystery
Their thirst for knowledge vast…

By the time they’re reaching adulthood
Their days are marked by cares
while many worries fill their heads
and life has left some scars…

Then as they enter into
the afterglow of days
The winter time of life well worn
Welcomes wisdom born of age…

Returning to their youth
They mellow yet again
Remembering the times they had
When they were just a kid…

And looking far beyond
With a twinkle in their eye
The wonder they once knew
Returns from when they were a child

The earth, the sea, the stars,
The moon, the planets far
the sun and all of nature
has rewound it’s whole attire

We see it fresh and new
We open up our eyes
And all at once we’re there again
Just as when we were a child
