This poor dragonfly found it’s way into my bathroom this afternoon, so I closed the door and we had a little photo shoot, after which he was rescued and placed outside to have more adventures. I hope you like it. It was processed in Photoshop 4 and Nik Color Photo Efex 4. Thanks for checking out my art and photography today. Nice shot! There’s the impression of something leaving, catching the last glimpse of a moment that in less than a second, will be gone forever. Beautiful work, Karin.

  • Thank you soo much Paul, I love that idea …. and it’s true, I’ll never see that little dragonfly again, it makes me wonder….just where did she or he go…and what will be there next stop or adventure!! :)

  • thank you so much Mel, so happy you like it!! I hope there are some other shots I took that might have worked out, but haven’t had a chance yet, I also found a huge luna like moth just sitting on a bench fighting the gusts of wind, so I snapped a few of him also…. xx

    Lovely delicate work sensitively portrayed…

  • Thanks so much Janis, the poor little thing was a bit bewildered I think, having found himself in our bathroom somehow, so was very glad when Scott caught him and put him back outside where he really belongs :)
