…thank you so much Sarah, each day i try to choose one of my drawings which resonates with me, and then paint it, it’s a form of inner peacemaking in itself, but truly meditation does work wonders…time apart from the everyday, to hear the sounds of nature, to breathe that eternal breath, to ponder nothing and everything in a solemn ritual, i hope to be able to do this each and every day…so far, not so lol :)
