little may and misty the magic dragon

little may is a flower fairy (on misty’s head) who chanced upon misty one day, when she was just an egg, all purple and blue with polka dot pink spots. may rolled misty to her home by the banks of the blue pool of inspiration where all flower fairies spend their days drinking the cool waters and glistening their wings…making all kinds of beautiful trinkets and gifts. When misty’s egg broke open and her eyes saw may, misty of course, thought that May was her mother. This is how they came to be inseparable friends. may taught misty the ways of the flower fairies and she grew up into a fine young dragon, her magic was misty…she created a fine mist when she blew (instead of fire) and this would put out fires in the forest, grow up new flowers, or simply create puffs of flowers as she blew the mist…you would always know when the flower fairies and misty were near…because you could smell a beautiful perfume. misty and may are on their way home, after putting out a big forest fire, making their way through tangles of weeds and spider webs…trying not to disturb the delicate balance of nature…softly softly
