‘Iliki’ Spirit of Aloha II is a mixed media production on canvas textured paper using ink, pastel, acrylic and charcoal.

My darling ‘Illiki’ was inspired by James Michener’s novel ‘Hawaii’ and the beautiful young hawaiian girl who is one of the charming characters early on in the story.

I was completely swept away during the reading of this incredible novel, highly recommended reading :D

The original imaged has been digitally enhanced to create a grungier look for a funky fashionista tshirt dude/dudess :D
