    I so love this new style of work. The simplicity of black lines and no colour really appeals to me. Those sad eyes and squiggly lines just work. Don’t know where they’re coming from cos it is a complete detour from your other work, but keep ‘em coming…they’re GOOD!

    gee thanx Natsky…..dunno either….they just sprung forth….hopefully more will do so :) I think i’m just warming up with these, testing the waters to see whether i can still draw lol (before i embark on the painting again, i have to be confident drawing ;) xx

    there’s a feel of protectiveness, and fierceness.. like it’s strong and challenging.. “i’ve faced and seen much..” it’s like.. as if it yearns for peace or simplicity though it lives a tough life.. it’s like.. the eyes of someone jaded.. i can’t speak to this person.. but i feel like, if she accepts me, i’d feel at peace by her side.. we may not speak, but if she acknowledge me, i’d feel protected.. ^ _ ^“
