hi Patricia, yes, the last three works, I have been exploring with my felt marker pen on white cardboard scraps, and it’s been most enjoyable, i usually work on these between midnight and 3am in bed, and then colour them for many hours on the computer during the day.

I use to do that yers ago with panty hose backing from the packages, I’d color them with crayons lol it WAS such fun!.... I’ll have to give that another go oneday.

yes, yes!! i think that’s what i’m using actually…they are so cool, they stand up so you can do the front and the back as well… white on the outside and grey on the inside :) x

I like this! This is a personal opinion, (of course!) but despite the flowers and feathers my immediate impression was that she has features of the Inuit people… and with the hair covered and cool colours I now can’t stop seeing an Eskimo girl!

Thx so much Janis, I really love working with these colours in particular…I once has a pretty flouncy gypsy skirt and her scarf reminds me so much of that :)

I left the detail out this time Beth, just drew straight with the marker pen and no shading and it dies give quite a different result… There’s def a lot of me in this one lol, glad I tricked you!!! :))) thanx so much xxx. Arhaaarrrr!!

..thank you Doug, it’s great to get such positive feedback…I am tapping into my emotions a lot more in relation to my art, perhaps that is coming through, but doing lots of drawings leads to growth also and I’ve been exploring digital colouring a great deal, which i enjoy very much
