No I’m not busy at the moment so I started painting and I just waiting for the paint to dry.
My car has a problem this morning so I didn’t go to the local artists group meeting. It has oil leak and I have to wait till the parts send in. iI may take 2 weeks to get the parts!!!. Our mechanic gave me a bottle of oil and told me to top up sometimes. hahaha
I will stay home and be quiet for a while.

I will be a good girl!!

Hot dang.. you are unstoppable.. this feels so amazing,...

You never fail to delight me withy your drawings….You handle details in such a poetic way. I love the shrubs, the depth of of the waves…The flowered cranes are especially wonderful. Of course, she looks very beautiful in her ornate kimono and her hair with the bird. I love it very much. :)

I love the kanzashi in her hair and the obimakura with the blue flowers on her back. I love the inverted heart of the shapes cast in the water, I love the herons which remind me of their home in Kyoto. I love the echoes of the colour blue throughout the piece :o)

I love your Mum’s topiary teapot too… she’s got one brilliant garden… can’t think if anyone better to have in the garden (apart from birds and wildlife) than Alice’s friends!! We had a cheshire cat once as a topiary, but then had to move house and he was too big to take (I could only just trim his furry back). I’ve got a photo somewhere…
