Next in line is CHUNKIE Sunshine – complete with rainbows and happiness to bowl you over and make you smile and have a happy day..made from plasticine and some photoshopping. CHUNKIE Flower Girl makes a lovely birthday card and brighten’s up children’s rooms, a great one to consider for newborns…babies love bright colours!

Once the Chunkies are created and photographed, I usually dismantle them to be used in the creation of more chunkies, so I am recycling the plasticine. These Chunkies have been very therapeutic to create over the holidays, whilst taking a break from red bubble and having my family around. I have many more to come, and although I won’t be on RB as much, I hope to also be doing some serious painting this year…so i look forward 2009 with much anticipation …

lol thanx linaji…they eyes, well it’s all new for me, i was just experimenting and this happened as i followed my intuition with the software i’m using …it wasn’t hard..but i was mesmerised while doing it…they hours just floated by ;) xx

Because you don’t have enough to do with your time,I’m going to suggest soft dolls as well..you’ve probably already thought of that though…how cute would they be!

Gosh, Karin – I don’t know where to start with the comments! Your work is all so gorgeous and inspirational. I love it all. I think your children must be the happiest children in the world – your work is so full of life and fun. You obviously have no problems drawing from that feeling of inner childhood innocence and joy, because it just bubbles out in your work! But it all appeals to adults as well. It makes one realise how much we’ve lost that carefree abandonment to what’s really important in life – pure fun, smiles and laughter.
