Next in line is CHUNKIE Geisha! ....a plasticine model I’ve also included beads and fabric offcuts, a little metallic object and blossoms from my garden, plus a bit of photoshopping….CHUNKIE Geisha is preparing for a traditional tea ceremony :)

Once the Chunkies are created and photographed, I usually dismantle them to be used in the creation of more chunkies, so I am recycling the plasticine. These Chunkies have been very therapeutic to create over the holidays, whilst taking a break from red bubble and having my family around. I have many more to come, and although I won’t be on RB as much, I hope to also be doing some serious painting this year…so i look forward 2009 with much anticipation …

The summer sunshine and cavorting in those calming, relaxing waves has done you wonders Kaz… I can feel the creativity and calmness oozing out of you ~ I can picture how therapeutic it must be for you sitting there at your workbench… setting the scene in your head… deciding how you’re going to create it, how she’s going to look… you never cease to amaze me… FAVE FOR SURE! She’s so elegant and beautiful… well, I’ll stop gushing now ~ I’m off to bed! x

ADORABLE! may i make one sujestion on the geisha idea, traditionally they have white faces with red lips, though you don’t have to be that traditional but it is a trade mark so to speak of theirs.

Still very adorible even with out the white face :)
